A quite delayed weekly drawing


Working with the cenospheres made of reclaimed carbon emissions has been challenging. The material has a sand like consistency and raises the wet ink when applied to it. It is very similar to

sand being applied to gall ink on early documents. Once dried the spheres act as a resist and causes

to disperse around it. The spheres add a translucency which can be desirable. Below is an experiment which as a successful work of art I am in doubt of, but do want to document the exploratory process regardless.
